No pets permitted in complex; no smoking allowed in unit.

This unit is fully equipped with a combination washer-dryer, dishwasher, trash compactor, toaster, coffeepot and coffee grinder, hair dryer. There is a wall-mounted tv in each bedroom, a television with CD player and built-in VCR in the living room, and 3 ceiling fans. Towels, sheets, and beach towels are provided along with extra comforters and pillows. The kitchen is fully stocked with service for 8, silverware for 12 , wine glasses, pots and pans, and baking dishes. Beach chairs are provided. BRING YOUR BATHING SUIT! A cleaning service will come in at 2-week intervals.

SEAPLACE is a short distance from shopping (Publix and CVS), library, post office, church and synagogue. Many fine restaurants are available, and St. Armand's Key is five minutes away (with live concerts on Friday evenings). Downtown Sarasota offers the Ringling Museum and the Ringling Home, live theater and opera, universities, and fine dining. Fishing and boating are also available.
